Finally I think I found the right place to start this blog, it was about time! :-) There are so many things to share with other parents who are raising their kids to be bilingual or multilingual, there are so many things to learn too. My native language is Spanish so if I make mistakes with my English please forgive me, I think I can't depend on my husband all the time. Well, this is our story....we have two boys 4 and 2 years old and they are growing bilingual, I speak Spanish all the time with them and my husband communicates with them in English (his native language), he speaks a little bit of Spanish and he's learning more with my oldest child, now he teaches his daddy :-) I feel very happy about the results, I'm doing my best to involve them with many activities in Spanish, we play, we sing, we listen to music in Spanish and they enjoy playing with their bilingual toys. We also attend a playgroup every week in Spanish of course! So, there are many strategies that we all can use to get them involve in a second language, I'd like you to share your own experience and what you think is working best for you.

My 22 month old really loves the Lupe Lupita book. He sometimes sleeps with the book! Thanks for offering it on your website.
